Clarify was built out of personal frustration with the lack of organizational development initiatives and below market wages in mind.

We created Clarify to address both the lack of real wage growth and the ever challenging wage gap.

How do you use my data?

How much does Clarify Grow cost?

We offer one very simple plan. Pay $99 once a year and take advantage of all of our features and any new features we release for no additional charge.

We may change our plans from time to time, however we will notify you of any changes.

Why do you charge for Clarify Grow?

We can't provide a sustainable service or great products if we gave everything away for free.

We charge just enough to cover our current monthly expenses and any profits get reinvested into Clarify so that we may continue to build transformational tools for the workplace.


What payment methods do you accept?

We process payments securely with Stripe. We do not handle your credit card information directly.

We accept all of the major debit and credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, and Discover.

Why do you offer one paid plan?

We believe a career is a long-term investment and as such we believe month to month billing does not reflect this investment.

We've made our pricing reflect this: one plan, billed once a year. No hidden costs, no "subscriptions" to manage, nada.

When will I be charged?

You will receive your 7-day free trial immediately after upgrading.

Your plan will come due once a year for the full billable amount on the anniversary of your subscription.

Can I change my plan?

You can change your plan at any time.

You will however lose the ability to use any of our paid features.

Can I cancel any time and how?

You can cancel at any time from your account profile by clicking the 'Cancel Subscription' button.

What happens when I cancel my account?

If you're on our paid plan, you will be downgraded to our free 'Start' plan.

You will lose the ability to use any of the features under the paid 'Grow' plan.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds, however we do have an account credit system. Depending on the situation we may, from time to time, offer credit for future purchase of our paid plan.

Do you offer student discounts?

We offer current college/university students with a valid .edu email address, a 25% discount off our 'Grow' plan.

Does Clarify offer an iOS or Android app?

As of right now we do not have an official native iOS or Android app, we do have plans however to release one in the near future.

How do I access the Clarify App?

You can access Clarify via the Web using your desktop or mobile device.

For convenient access you can add Clarify to your iOS home screen by following these simple steps.

Do you have a LinkedIn integration?

We currently allow our members to connect their LinkedIn accounts with Clarify. We currently do not offer the ability to import LinkedIn information such as prior employment and position summaries.

To connect your LinkedIn account go to 'Account' and click the LinkedIn 'Connect Account' button. You can also signup, create an account, and login with LinkedIn.

How do Evaluation Reminders work?

You'll receive up to four (4) time-based email notifications prior to your Performance Review, staggered as follows:

30 days prior to your Evaluation
14 days prior to your Evaluation
7 days prior to your Evaluation
1 day prior to your Evaluation

You can turn these on and off from your Account page.
